Can I cancel my appointment?: Cancellation is free until 12 hours before your appointment. Open your personal status page to cancel. Within 12 hours, ask our team to cancel. We will discuss any costs with you first. Your appointment remains in place until we confirm the cancellation.
My job or address is not listed. What can I do?: Describe your job in the request form. If your address is outside our service area, contact us to discuss the options. An appointment outside our service area is not always possible.
